Chat with Hope

The chat on our Talk to someone page is an automated assistant, not a person. When you use it, your messages are sent to OpenAI, which writes the replies. We do not save chat conversations, and the conversation disappears when you leave the page. OpenAI handles messages under its own privacy policy. Please do not share your full name, address, ID number or other identifying details in the chat.

Prayer requests

When you ask for prayer, your request, your choices and any first name or email you give are stored privately on our web hosting and emailed to our prayer team. Only the team can see them. Email addresses are never shown publicly. Requests you choose to share appear on the prayer wall only after the team has read them, with your first name or as Anonymous. Requests are deleted automatically after six months, and you can ask Ned to delete yours sooner. If you offer to pray with someone, your details go only to our team, who will contact both people privately first.

Testimonies

When you share a testimony, your story, title, any display name, topic and private email are stored on our web hosting and emailed to our team. Nothing is published until the team has read it, and they may make small edits, such as removing names or private details. Your email is never published. Published stories stay on the site until removed; you can ask Ned to remove yours at any time. Stories that are not published are deleted after six months.

Other forms and tracking

The callback and listing forms are not active yet and do not send or store information. No analytics, tracking scripts or third-party media embeds are included. Following an external link takes you to another provider with its own privacy practices.

Before live submissions open

A private submission service, administrator access controls, retention and deletion procedures, contact route, and an accurate privacy notice must be configured. Private names, numbers and email addresses must never appear in public posts.
